What are the deliverables?+
A comprehensive strategic document covering diagnostic findings, prioritised use cases, governance framework, measurement strategy, and an implementation roadmap. Not slides. A working document your team can act on.
Can we start with something smaller?+
Yes. We offer a focused AI Opportunity Scan, a shorter engagement that identifies your top 3 to 5 AI use cases with enough detail to build a business case.
How long does the engagement take?+
The full diagnostic runs 8 to 12 weeks depending on organisational complexity. The AI Opportunity Scan can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you work with regulated industries?+
Extensively. Financial services, healthcare, education, and government all have specific regulatory considerations that we build into every recommendation.
What happens after the diagnostic?+
You will have everything you need to move forward independently. If you want ongoing support, we offer implementation advisory, training delivery, and AI build services through Bykov-Brett Enterprises.
